This artwork captures the heartbeat of life in Morocco’s old medina. Sellers, workers, and performers move through the world-famous square of Jamaa Al Fna, each following their daily routines, each journey adding a thread to the rich tapestry of everyday life. From the rooftop of my Riad pension in Marrakech, I watched countless moments unfold—people crossing, pausing, living, and through these hours, I shaped this painting. It is a celebration of ordinary lives made extraordinary, of community, movement, and the vibrant rhythm that fills this iconic space.
