Inspired by a saying by Omar Khayyam, “This heart was made to beat, and to burn in the fire of love” Executed in Thuluth and Jali Diwani using acrylic on canvas, this piece carries emotional resonance within disciplined structure. The upward movement of the script suggests longing and vitality, while the classical balance of the forms stabilizes the intensity of the poetic line. The inherited script becomes a vessel for human vulnerability. من أقوال عمر الخيام: "أوﱃ ﺑﻬﺬا اﻟﻘﻠﺐ أن ﻳﺨﻔﻘﺎ وﻓﻲ ﺿﺮام اﻟﺤﺐ أن ﻳﺤﺮﻗﺎ". نُفِّذ العمل بخطي الثُلث والجلي الديواني باستخدام الأكريليك على القماش. يحمل التكوين كثافة وجدانية ضمن إطار منضبط. توحي حركة الحروف الصاعدة بالشوق والحيوية، فيما يضبط التناسب الكلاسيكي للأشكال شدة المعنى الشعري. هنا يتحول الخط الموروث إلى وعاء لحساسية الإنسان وهشاشته.
